There are concentrations in corporate law, tax law, litigation, disability rights, family law, patent law, etc. etc. While all attorneys who are admitted to practice law in any state could write estate planning documents or help with Medicaid planning (Elder Law), we encourage you to find one that specializes in these areas. While there is no central database for this, most attorneys list their areas of concentration on their website. Look for one that specializes in Estate Planning or Elder Law, depending on which you need.
