Tanna Jo joined Kramer Wealth Managers in 2018. Tanna Jo is the backbone of the Austin, TX office, providing support to Danny Lacey and his clients all over the country. Her duties include a combination of administrative, operational, and client service functions. As part of the support staff, she schedules client meetings, prepares and processes client paperwork, organizes and maintains client files and correspondence, and maintains client accounts for such things as address changes, beneficiary changes, and bank information updates. Her bright smile welcomes clients in the Austin office.

Tanna Jo graduated in 2010 with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Gallaudet University. She then obtained her Master’s in Management from Newman University in 2014. Her prior work experience gives her a strong aptitude for customer-focused service and meticulous attention to detail. She grew up in Kansas and is a huge fan of the KC Royals and Kansas University sports. When not in the office, you can find her outdoors or with her several children of the four-legged variety. In addition to her own animals, she is a foster parent for cats and dogs and a rescue volunteer for Lucky Lab Rescue.

Colleen Smith joined Kramer Wealth Managers in 2016.
Colleen is responsible for all the new client and new account preparation and processing, making sure that all the necessary forms are completed correctly to effect transactions per each client’s wishes.She knows that meticulous attention to detail is paramount to managing client portfolios.She provides solid connection to all tiers of the organization to ensure seamless workflow. She is also a great asset to the customer service team helping to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Jeremiah joined Kramer Wealth Managers in 2013
Jeremiah is responsible for client experiences and service.He also works with our advisors to analyze the information gathered from client meetings. He crunches the numbers and prepares the reports used to complete the analysis so we can be in a better position to make recommendations for each client.He strives to connect people to the process of financial management enabling them to understand and navigate their options.He has his Series 7 General Securities Representative license, Series 66, and Maryland Life and Health insurance license.

Jeremiah received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He was able to complete five different internships with several companies before graduating from RIT giving him a broad spectrum of experiences and opportunity to experience different business environments.

Jack joined the Kramer Wealth Managers team in 2010 assisting with various temporary projects. He became a full-time member of the team in 2013.
Jack supports Kramer Wealth Managers in the role of Account Service Specialist. His main responsibility to to protect the client experience and to ensure seamless communication between clients and the advisory team. He is often our first line of connection with clients and establishes relationship. He is responsible for account maintenance and acts as a liason between our clients and the companies with whom we work to ensure efficient account transactions.

Jack graduated from Gallaudet University with a BA in Psychology in 1998. He comes to Kramer Wealth Managers with a strong customer service background ranging from retail to human services. He is also a skilled handyman and enjoys working with his hands. He serves his community as a volunteer at Catoctin Quaker Camp, helping children achieve both physical and emotional goals.
Jack has been married for 17 years to his wife, Monica. He is the proud father of two multi-talented girls who demand his attention. He has been coaching soccer at various levels for over 25 years.

Lisa started with Kramer Financial in October 2000 while still enrolled at CCBC- Catonsville in the Interpreter Preparation program.
After graduating there with her A.A.S. degree, she later became a nationally certified interpreter when she received her RID NIC-Advanced designation. She also went on to be Series 7 and Series 66 Registered as well as obtain her Maryland Life and Health insurance license.

Lisa’s responsibilities are broad and varied. She oversees all aspects of company operations and oversees our client relations managers, compliance standards, marketing and company brand initiatives, staff interpreters, and office management responsibilities along with many smaller details such as trading, handling technical issues, and human resources issues, among many others.

Stephanie has been involved in finance since 1989 as an analyst for the Sallie Mae and Federal Government. Like her associates, Stephanie serves pre-retirees and retirees, corporate executives, business owners and not-for-profit organizations. Stephanie’s assets are her warmth, humor and financial skill. She delights in helping clients truly understand their portfolio and how it functions to serve their dreams.
